A trainer or veterinary professional will contact you for a 10 minute phone assessment to discuss your needs.

Cancelation Policy

Training: We do not issue refunds for training. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled session can be rescheduled within 90 days of purchase. Pet care: boarding and overnight care requires a 7 day notice for cancellations. You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your booking by 12:00 p.m. one week before the booking begins. If you cancel later than 12:00 p.m. one week before the booking begins, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first 7 days of the booking. You’ll receive a 100% refund for any days after that
